Data Deletion Instructions
InstaEdit, operated by Paternoster Media Agency, respects your right
to control your personal data. Follow the instructions below to request deletion of
your data from our systems.
How to Request Data Deletion
Step 2: In the email body, include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your InstaEdit account (if different from the sending address)
- The social media platform(s) you connected (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, TikTok)
Step 3: We will verify your identity and process your request within
30 calendar days, as required by GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
What Gets Deleted
- Your InstaEdit user account and profile information
- All linked social media platform accounts and their associated OAuth tokens
- Post metadata and publishing history
- All encrypted authentication tokens stored in our database
What You Should Also Do
We also recommend revoking InstaEdit's access directly from each social media platform:
- Facebook/Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → InstaEdit → Remove
- TikTok: Profile → Settings → Manage app permissions → InstaEdit → Remove
- X (Twitter): Settings → Security and account access → Apps & sessions → InstaEdit → Revoke access
- Google/YouTube: Google Account permissions → InstaEdit → Remove
